Aiyasia Lyrics

 aiyasia lyrics 2

The Seattle native Aiyasia Lyrics has been singing and charming crowds since the age of 4. Her first performance was at her kindergarten graduation, that day she knew she wanted to be a singer. In her adolescent years she used her gift of song by joining the church choir. During high school she starred in the play “Little Shop of Horrors”, played the clarinet in the marching band and led the basketball games with the National Anthem.

After high school she re-located to the city of Las Vegas were she was determined to pursue her singing career. Her stardom began as a background singer for an Elvis tribute artist. She then was spotted for her talent and was asked to be the lead vocalists in a Kid Rock Tribute Band. She is now actively working on her first solo album. In the mist of developing her music career Aiyasia is also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the College of Southern Nevada. Following graduation, she hopes to establish a non-profit that encourages a full education for the children of single mothers.

Her goal is to not only be a successful artist, model and song writer, but to help motivate youth with her motto “Try Life Before Giving Life”, as well as create a foundation to motivate young single mothers to follow their dreams.  Being a single parent herself, she understands the obstacles of achieving one’s goal while raising a child. Many have asked what is the meaning to her name. Aiyasia Lyrics is a smooth burst of pop with depth that expresses the spirit of Aiyasia, a traditional African phrase that describes a loyal, independent, and beautiful woman.  Aiyasia is also a phrase that expresses the singer, Marquia Devonne (her birth name).

Not only does she sing, but she rocks the runway. She has modeled for charity events sponsored by Bringing Families Back Foundation and the Rafael House, and is working on building her modeling portfolio. Although, the artist is passionate to give back to her community, let us not forget her passion to make music – her hit single, “Yea Dawg,” is currently playing on KLAV 1230 AM  and can be found featured on ReverbNation  and available for download at CD Baby .
